Sales and marketing
department
The sales and marketing department offers its expertise from design through to marketing. It works with you to draw up a product positioning, which determines the design. In direct contact with the market, it provides consistency and project monitoring. It makes suggestions for sales aids (product display in the retail outlet, product argument, motivation for your sales teams).
Design department
A team of experts to turn the marketing concept into a formula, bottle and packaging, and provide unfailing product quality. The design department chooses the fragrances to suit the target; the bottle is designed to be consistent with the product and customer positioning. The design is worked through from the product's visual identity to its display in the retail outlet.
Purchasing & production
department
The purchasing and production department selects a network of manufacturers that meet tough quality criteria and negotiates the best terms with them in order to achieve the best possible purchase prices and provide the distributor with attractive margins. By-Ns works with a laboratory that's equipped to develop and test each exclusive formula. It deals with the compulsory legal and administrative procedures that are required for every product launch.
